Subject: FW: Global Client Database: Q1 2000 - Q1 2005 data now on
hk.net
I just wanted to relay to you my
immense pleasure at working with one of your colleagues.
Phil Rangel has done an outstanding
job for us with regards to our Global Client Database on hk.net.
Through his hard work and technical expertise, he has enabled us to
significantly improve the search functionality -- so that now all our
staff are able to search for revenue by Client right back to Q1 2000.
It is a delight working with a true
professional!
I know that you would always want to
know where one of your colleagues has been performing outstandingly
well on behalf of H&K.

Subject: A big thanks to Team Nexus!!
I wanted to extend a big thank you out
to you all! MCHT email and network conversion is done, it went smooth
and we are off and running with a great platform all around!
I very much appreciate the help that
you all extended me. I was very impressed with your customer service,
response time, and ability to solve complex technical issues very
quickly.
An extra special thanks to Jim, Fred,
and Mike for going above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. I
have Maine Coast Heritage Trust hats for you 3, they are nice unique
hats. Mike, send me your mailing address.
I know you'll appreciate knowing that
the work you've done with MCHT will help us do our work much more
effectively. Conserving land and Heritage on the coast of Maine is what
we do; you just affected it directly in a big way.
The next time you want to find the
sweetest camping site anywhere in the state let me know and I'll point
you to some prime secret spots.
Hill and Knowlton on IT
Outsourcing:

Subject: Nexus Management Inc. - IT Outsourcers
Nexus Management Inc has been the
supplier of outsourced IT facilities to Hill & Knowlton in the
US since September 1995. They have taken increasing responsibility for
all aspects of our IT operations in the US, including managing the WAN,
the LANs and our email systems, as well as providing Helpdesk and
desktop services.
At a corporate level, Nexus has also
been responsible for our global email systems, and for the design,
rollout and successful implementation of our VPN WAN worldwide,
replacing our previous leased line Frame Relay system. They have also
been responsible for global implementation and technical support of our
award-winning Knowledge Management system.
We have been particularly pleased that
their infrastructure has this year permitted an increased level of
service at a significantly decreased cost.
Provided that the current level of
service continues, I see no reason why our arrangements with Nexus
Management at the US and Corporate levels should not be maintained for
the foreseeable future.
Yours Sincerely,
Mark Thorne
