Small
Office Infrastructure
Nexus will provide the user(s) with a WiFi network, network switch and a networked HP
printer. We will also provide a low cost firewall/VPN unit
that will help manage desktops remotely and provide corporate level security.
Internet
Provisioning
Nexus have an ISP as a Nexus Alliance Partner and can provide the users
with business grade ADSL and SDSL connectivity to their premises. We
will provide the equipment and assistance in connecting the office to
the Internet.
PC/Laptop
Provisioning
Nexus will provide suitable HP desktop and laptops for the corporate
user. The system will be delivered preconfigured with MS Office,
NexMail (email), NexStore (Backup), Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and
automatic patch update.
NexMail
NexMail is a hosted exchange solution with SPAM and Anti-Virus
filtering. In addition to this we can provision blackberry or Windows
Mobile services. The system will be configured on the users PC/Laptop
and will also be available over their broadband connection.
NexStore
NexStore is a backup product designed for corporate users. All
documents are securely backed up to our data center and can be
retrieved if deleted, the equipment is lost or a disk is corrupted.
Help
Desk Services
The client will have their own unique help desk number which will
identify the client when they call. The agents will either
assist
them with their questions or escalate the issue to a technician who
will assist remotely or go on site if necessary.
