with 14.000 SF of available space, was designed with customer utility
as one of its key elements. We have engineered common areas with the
ability to accommodate users in the event of a disaster at their
location. Each of the available offices and cubicles are fully equipped
with Internet access.
We have leveraged the unique and very
private location of the building in to provide multiple, redundant
utility connections, resulting in a state-of-the-art facility and two
separate power sub-station feeds. We offer diverse route (Qwest
& Verizon) OC-3 connections to the Internet, UPS and generator
assets and a trained engineering staff.
